Return Conditions

• Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
• The items should be unused, in the original packaging, and with all tags intact.
• Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products, and intimate apparel. Please check the product description for more details.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund within 7 business days. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
